Did You Know?

Most people disturbed by present international events would have known in advance had they obeyed Christ’s injunction to “Search the Scriptures.” Many who profess to be authoritative declare another war would mean the end of civilisation, whereas scripture shows it as the start of a better one, the end of man’s system of government by God.

The Bible records in advance the re-arming of the nations (Joel 3: 9-16), the sudden start of the next war (Ezekiel 38), the immediate attitude of the Israel people (Ezekiel 38: 13), the combatants and who opposes them, and the locality of the war Ezekiel 38 and 39, Zechariah 14).

The result of another war and its effect on the world are so clearly stated  (Joel 3: 17-21, Zechariah 14: 9-21, Psalm 46).

Today’s happenings are proving the authority of Scripture and the unreliability of the opinions of men. The Israel Commonwealth of Nations and United States of America may not believe in advance of events, but their reaction to the coming conflagration is shown in detail by prophecy (Joel 2).
