Blind Prophets
Prophets are supposed to be people who see what most others cannot see and speak what is revealed to them. To an extent decreed by the Lord all of us are expected to see the unseen. “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:17-18.
There are two ways of looking at the world, seeing what God sees and seeing only what the ungodly see. The Prophet Elisha could see what others could not see. “And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” 2 Kings 6:15-17. In another story, the ungodly King Ahab saw things incorrectly. He saw the prophet Elijah as a problem for Israel, but Elijah was really a blessing for Israel. “And it came to pass, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said unto him, Art thou he that troubleth Israel? And he answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou, and thy father’s house, in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the Lord, and thou hast followed Baalim.” 1 Kings 18:17-18. The same scenario is repeated in our time. The ungodly say Bible believing Christians are troublemakers and hate mongers. The opposite is true. Bible believing Christians are a blessing to our Israel nations because we speak the truth.
In the Israel truth movement, I have not met any who have seen angels but we believe God has opened our eyes to the truth of who are Israelites. Most of the Israelites in the world today are people who claim their ancestry from the British Isles or Northwestern Europe. Despite this truth being revealed, very few in the world have accepted it. “Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the Lord’s servant? Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.” Isaiah 42:19-20. The people who are perfect are the Christian Israelites. They are born again of the Holy Spirit. They are perfect because they have no sin. Their sins have been cleansed away by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Unfortunately, they are also blind.
The church in the Israel nations has been given apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers and pastors. (Ephesians 4:11) These leaders know who the Christ is but they do not know who Israel is. Therefore, they are blind, but only partly blind. Almost all of the Bible’s prophecies are about either the Christ or Israel. If the church leaders get it wrong concerning Israel, they will proclaim a false message. Their prophecies will fail.
Israel truth believers are like the man in the Bible who was born blind and Jesus healed him. Then he spoke the truth to the religious leaders, and they cast him out of the synagogue. (Excommunicated him) “They answered and said unto him, Thou wast altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out.” John 9:34. Most of us have lost friends or lost respect from other Christians because we believe that the Anglo-Saxon and kindred people are Israelites. Some of those Israel truth believers who were church leaders have even been fired from their jobs and cast out of their denominations.
This last year has been very difficult for Christians in the U.S.A., the U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other Israel nations. Part of the problem is that most Christians have been praying untruths because of their blindness. They pray as though their nations are heathen and without much hope. They have no faith. They do not believe in God’s love for his Israel people. Pray that God will give them vision because only God can save us.
