We read in Genesis 6:5: “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually”.
The Bible text says that God created the heavens and the earth and then it states that the earth was formless and empty. Does this seem natural? Why would a divine creation begin like this with disorder and darkness?
By not governing according to God’s laws and guidance, mankind will govern according to human wisdom and leave it to chance, war and defeat/victory.
Under Moses, the Nation Israel was trained in the law of the Lord in order that she might demonstrate God’s perfect plan for mankind, not only in her own nation but to all others, so that eventually all would come into the Kingdom – possible for the whosoever will.
