God Is Just

When I reflect on Rick Ibbett’s very good article on Alexander Solzhenitsyn in this issue of TKC, I can’t help but sense a sadness about what has happened to, not only America, but to all the Israel countries. I know I quoted the great French historian Alexis de Tocqueville on two or three times over the years since Pastor Alan Campbell first brought it to my attention, but in short, Tocqueville came to America in 1831 to determine what made it so great and after many months, he was quoted, “Not until I went into the churches of America and heard the pulpits flame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great”. 

Well, the churches of the Israel nations no longer flame with righteousness, at least the majority, and the greatness we once enjoyed began slipping away badly in the last half century, as enemy nations are rapidly taking our place. And in our own nations, the rich, powerful, and influential are following an agenda of one-worldism that is gradually stripping away the freedoms of the people and placing us into bondage.

Solzhenitsyn explains the reason for this down cycle when he wrote, “Men have forgotten God; that’s why all this has happened.”  And when we look at those rich, powerful and influential voices in no matter what you call it, Mystery Babylon, the Deep State or the Elite, the campaign against Christianity and Jesus Christ has been going on for a long, long time and has reached a point whereas Solzhenitsyn could exclaim, “hatred of God is the principal driving force.”

One can almost imagine a scene wherein the evil forces gather and gloat over their unbelievable progress, particularly the headway they have achieved in this last prophetic hour of fifteen years. In the midst of this gathering are not only their front-runners, but their allies in the False Prophet Media. In their excitement, one can almost visualize their raising their glasses to hail their one and true leader, the Devil himself. “We’re almost there, they cry, we’re ready to use any means necessary to cull the herd and keep only those ones who will bend their knees in servitude”.

You know, I am reminded of two twin brothers, their names were Esau and Jacob. Esau, the oldest by minutes, was the inheritor, it was called the “Dominion” and could be passed down through his descendants. But, with help of his mother, in Esau’s absence, Jacob used trickery and His father, Isaac, blessed him instead. And as you read through Genesis 27, onward, you will see that Jacob took away all that was his father’s. This was passed along to his descendants, the Israelites. You might like to re-read these chapters of Genesis again.

When Esau discovered the trickery and approached his father, he was told the Dominion to Jacob could not be reversed, so Esau pleaded for just one blessing. “And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, And of the dew of heaven from above; And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; And it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, That thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.”

The question must be asked, when was the Dominion returned to Esau and the yoke broken from our necks? Space does not permit a full explanation, but God works in three different time frames, “lunar” being one, which ended in roughly 1820 AD. That is when many of us believe the Dominion was transferred back to Esau or Edom, as he was called. Remember Genesis 27:41 makes it clear that Esau hated Jacob and swore revenge.  So, if we examine the period from 1820 AD to the current date, is there evidence that our fortunes, our faith, our freedoms and so on, have been compromised? Very much so and if you agree, you might surmise that the Edom Dominion, which took over gradually, is the main culprit causing our decline.

Now, let me go back to more current history in the Israel nation of America, but the remarks can also apply to all the Israel nations. Thomas Jefferson, a spokesman for democracy, was an American Founding Father, the principal author of the Declaration of Independence (1776), and the thirdof the United States. One of the statements he made during his presidency, although presumably concerning his time, speaks volumes considering the frightening events and signs all around us today He said, “God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that his justice cannot sleep forever.” 

His justice cannot sleep forever. Indeed, it can’t! These elite, or deep state, or Mystery Babylon malevolent enemies of Christ, whether Edom or collaborators of the current Dominion holder, are slated for destruction.

But, when??? And How???

Perhaps you might remember a few issues back when we highlighted Ezekiel 7. It is important to realize that it was not Ezekiel’s words in that Chapter, but the Lord God Almighty’s. So, when He said in verse 19 that the Deep State’s gold or silver will not help them, it means God cannot be bought off and there is no way they can buy their way out of destruction. They will seek peace but verse 25 tells us there will not be none. Still, we must recognize that this chapter is a prophecy.

James Chapter 5 is a double witness to Ezekiel 7 and again, it basically states the Deep State’s gold and silver of no value and that their treatment of the masses while living in pleasure is leading them to their slaughter. Yet, again, we cannot pinpoint a date.

Going further, Revelation 18:2 refers to Mystery Babylon (or the Deep State), and depicts an angel from God who hollers “And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit….”  So, again, t makes it clear that the Deep State is slated for judgment.

But here, God gives us a mighty clue for the time of judgment. These enemies of Christ should really fear Revelation 18:10 where the Angel of God declares “Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.” 

The Bible indicates it is all over for them in one hour. Still, it doesn’t pinpoint the date, so when does the hour begin and end. Our past studies have shown that the hour represents 15, and we think, in this case, 15 years. 

I will just give you this one thought. When I described it to one very knowledgeable reader, interesting, he said but, in his view, and the view of many others, there is much more to happen before the great wind-up. Still, let us examine my thought anyway. I have written often about the seven prophetic hours from 1918 and how major events took place in every period. Interestingly, the seventh prophetic hour began in 2008, a terrible year in our Israel nations, and ends in 2023 (which looks like another terrible year in the offing). Throughout these fifteen years, the Deep State has reigned supreme and the transfer of wealth and lessoning of freedom of the people has been astonishing. Should this be telling us something? Hopefully that the deep State’s run is about over.

If you are into the meaning of numbers, then recall that the number “seven” (as in the seventh prophetic hour) stands for “Completion” or “Perfection”. And if you add up the numbers in the year 2023, you get “seven” as well.  

Of course, if we want to hope for the best, if the Deep State, or Mystery Babylon is destroyed in late 2023 then “7” or the seventh prophetic hour is complete and maybe in the eighth prophetic hour, a new beginning might arise (maybe the anticipated return).

Keep our fingers crossed. Is this the time?   

Still, my knowledgeable friend said, “Hold on Brooks, There seems to be at least one other prophecy to be fulfilled” before Mystery Babylon is destroyed”. He then suggested I read Isaiah 17:1 and it is a real discourager to the interpretation above. It says, “The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap”. I don’t believe this has happened throughout history, although esteemed Bible scholar Howard Rand wrote about the Mongol hordes that overrun Syria in the thirteenth century and captured Damascus. They were very destructive, but he did not write that the city was destroyed. In any event, my friend Brooks, he went on, although that part of 2023 (from August to October) looks very promising for the fall of Mystery Babylon, who knows?”

Nevertheless, we can only pray that very soon, if not this year, the Lord God Almighty will soon cause the destruction of Mystery Babylon and free our people in all the Israel nations.
