“(For that could not endure that which was commanded, AND IF SO MUCH AS A BEAST TOUCH THE MOUNTAIN, IT SHALL BE STONED, OR THRUST THROUGH WITH A DART: And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I EXCEEDINGLY FEAR and quake:) But ye are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the first-born, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant,

Sometimes God brings about a need in an organization and then fills that need through a special individual. This happened to us 2002. Although never having written articles to that point, Holly Mills joined the only other correspondent at the time, Brooks Alden, and began writing a column using the tagline, “As I See It.” It wasn’t long before letters began flowing in telling us how her messages were so inspiring and heartfelt.
Holly is one of the fortunate ones who have known of the Israel Truth message from youth and it has always sustained her through her life’s journey. She had a successful career in the airline industry but always found time for charitable pursuits. She hosted an Israel Truth Bible Study for three years and takes every opportunity to immerse herself in other studies of Scripture. Perhaps her greatest strength is that she writes what she feels so passionately.
A few days ago when they were showing news clips of the oil disaster in the Gulf a news reporter was in a boat on the water and showing pictures of the devastation. She was commenting on the fact the water had turned red because of all the oil. As soon as I heard this I thought of the Bible verse that mentions the sea becoming blood (red). I was discussing this with my friend and she mentioned that this verse could also refer to the blood of all the creatures that are being killed because of this horrific disaster. The Bible also refers to this, “And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died;” (Rev. 8:9). Could this also affect the ships that use this water? The Bible says this, “…and the third part of the ships were destroyed.” (Rev. 8:9). The note in my King James study Bible says, “The second trumpet turns a third of the sea into blood, and a third of the sea creatures and ships are destroyed. This will produce a reduction of evaporation and thus a shortage of rain and fresh water on land. International commerce and distribution of food and resources will be severely hampered.”
