The Source of All Wisdom

The Bible is the only book that has ever been created that contains the past, the present and the future.

Every morning when I read it I see more of the present. For example, just consider a verse or two from the book of Micah, Micah 6-10-12 & 16.  “Are there yet treasures in the house of the wicked and the scant measure that is abominable? Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights? For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in there mouth.” [This is what bad leadership will do to a nation] “For the statutes of OMRI are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels: ….” And these follow up verses in 7: 2, 3, “The good man is perished out of the earth, and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood, they hunt every man his brother with a net. That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh,  and the Judge asketh for a reward; [BRIBE] And the great man [the President?] he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.”

My friends, If you will closely look around you, you should be able to detect all of these shameful things.

But, take heart, friends, God is the great equalizer and His Plan is perfect. Read just these few lines from Psalm 58 (The Just Judgment of the Wicked) - “ …. The wicked are estranged from the womb, They go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies, Their poison is like the poison of a serpent ….. He shall take them away as with a whirlwind, As in His living and burning wrath. The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance; …… So that men will say, Surely there is a reward for the righteous; Surely He is God who judges in the earth.”

Wondrous things are in the process of shaping up. Let us be patient, God will soon act.
