"In the economic Exodus from Money-power there will be, as at the Exodus of Israel from Egypt, those who will wish to remain in bondage and those who, like the false counsellors who wished to go by the way of the land of the Philistines which was the near way, "will wish to guide us into the way of economic salvation through Communism. But we are destined to proceed by the materialistically impossible way into a very cul-de-sac of racial being, from which there is no return and from which deliverance from God shall be given, in terms of an age-long phrase of Hebrew prophecy, 'into a land unknown' whither our Lord, in His Exodus pre ceded us, for thus is our Lord's Passion referred to in the Greek of Luke 9:31.

"The three chief occasions of Divine Interference in the normal course of human history are thus revealed in three stages of Exodus:

( 1) The Exodus of Israel from Egyptian bondage.

( 2) The Exodus of our Lord from the bondage of the flesh, and

( 3) The Exodus of Christian Civilization from Economic Bondage under the rule of Money-power.

"All three were and are doomed to have been and to be impossible. Two have happened, and the remaining occasion of Divine Interference is due to be fulfilled in our time. When that shall be shown in process of accomplishment then it shall be said to the Dominant Power of our day, as it was said before to Pharaoh: 'For this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee My power and that My name may be declared throughout all the earth;' (Exodus 9:16.).
