Born in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Mr. Deans later moved to Victoria. He obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and after a two-year stint of teaching and doing research at Iowa State College, he settled in with a large Vancouver engineering company. Like so many others, he was a Christian simply going along, that is, until he met Jacob Parker. In his own words, he said, “All of the sudden, after studying everything except the Bible, Mr. Parker, our beloved President, spent one whole night re-educating me, and from that day to this all spare time is spent in research.”

Enoch, the Seventh from Adam, was God's specially ordained pre-Flood prophet. God gave him visions such as no man saw, save Jesus, In the Book of Enoch, by R. H. Charles, we find that Enoch's Story of the World, with animals represented as nations, told of the panorama of World History from the time of Adam to the End of the Millennial Reign of the Son of God, Jesus the Christ.

In another part of the Book of Enoch, the Righteous, we find a new time scale set forth, indicating that Enoch was given the Ages in exact timing long before the events in those ages took place. The Key in 93rd Chapter of Enoch, Book I, is that One Day is called One Century or 100 Solar Years of time. As the Hebrew word "yom" is meant to convey the meaning of any set period of time we can call it a day, a year, or 100 years, or 1000 years, depending upon the Revelation being given by God to his people. Chapter 93 tells us of an Apocalypse of Weeks. Seeing that each day is100 years then each week is a period of 700 years. The full 7000 years from Adam to the End of the Millennium is then called 10 weeks. It is most instructive to trace the events of every week mentioned in Enoch's prophecy of the future, given to him when he was communicating wisdom of God to his sons on Earth. Enoch wrote many books and R. H. Charles has codified many of them in what is called the Book of Enoch. Other writings of Enoch's Wisdom from God appear in what is known as the Secrets of Enoch, just recently published for all men to read and study well.

The words that Enoch uses are most fascinating and we will do well if we think them over carefully, in the following discussion.

I, Enoch, will declare unto you, my sons: According to the heavenly vision which appeared to me and which I have known through the seven holy angels and have learned from the heavenly tablets.

"I was born Seventh (from Adam) in the First Week (0-700 A.A.) while judgment and righteousness still endured.

"And after me there shall arise in the Second Week (700-1400 A.A.), Great Wickedness. (After Enoch was translated in 987 A. A., Fallen Angels fell to Earth in Jared’s Reign and polluted the Earth there were Giants in those days. In it a Man shall be saved (selected) (Noah).

"And after that in the Third Week (1400-2100 A.A.) a man shall be elected (Abraham) as a plant of righteous judgment, and his posterity shall become the plant of righteousness forever more.

"And after that in the Fourth Week (2100-2800 A.A.), at its close, visions of the holy and righteous shall be seen, and a Law for all generations (through Moses to Israel) and an enclosure (Court and Tabernacle) shall be made for them.

"And after it in the Fifth Week (2800-3500 A.A.), at its close, The house of glory and dominion shall be built. (As it was in Israel by David and Solomon).

"And after that in the Sixth Week (3500-4200 A.A. which is 500 B.C. to 200 A.D.) all who live in it shall be blinded and the hearts of them shall godlessly forsake wisdom. And at its close the house of dominion shall be burnt with fire and the WHOLE RACE OF THE CHOSEN ROOT shall be dispersed. And in it A MAN SHALL ASCEND (even Jesus, Israel's Redeemer).

"And after that in the Seventh Week (4200-4900 A.A. even 200-900 A.D.) an apostate generation shall arise and many shall be its deeds, and all its deeds shall be apostate. (Roman Empire) And at its close shall be elected the elect righteous of the eternal plant of righteousness, to receive sevenfold instruction concerning all Creation (Molmutius, and Alfred, and Divine Common Law in England).

"And after that there shall be another, the Eighth Week (4900-5600 A.A. right up to 1600 A.D.), that of righteousness and a Sword shall be given to it that a righteous judgment may be executed on the oppressors, and sinners shall be delivered into the hands of the righteous. And at its close they shall acquire houses through their righteousness. (Great Reformation after the Dark Ages) (Britain as Israel took a major part)

"And a house shall be built for the Great King in glory for evermore. And all mankind shall look to the Path of Uprightness.

"And after that, in the Ninth Week (5600-6300 A.A. even 1600-2300 A.D.) righteous Judgment (of Nations in 1936 to 1953 in Great .Pyramid Measures) shall be revealed to the whole world. And all the works of the Godless shall vanish from all the Earth, and the world shall be written down for destruction. (World order of Satan)

"And after this, in the Tenth Week (6300-7000 A.A. even to 3000 A.D., the End of the Millennium), in the Seventh Part (from 2900-2000 A.D.) there shall be great Eternal Judgment, in which He shall execute vengeance amongst the Angels (who fell with Satan) and the First Heaven shall depart and pass away, and the New, Heaven shall appear, and all the Powers of the Heavens shall give, Sevenfold Light. And after that there will be many weeks without, number for ever. (Those receiving Everlasting Life will roam the Universe with God and Jesus forever). And all shall be in goodness and righteousness, and sin shall no more be mentioned forever."

This is truly a remarkable revelation coming from the Book of Enoch and the final episode is well reviewed in the reading of the Bible in Revelations 20, 21 and 22 where the Righteous are Justified and the Eternally Evil receive their Just reward.
