C.W. Deans M.Sc., M.E.I.C.

Born in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Mr. Deans later moved to Victoria. He obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and after a two-year stint of teaching and doing research at Iowa State College, he settled in with a large Vancouver engineering company. Like so many others, he was a Christian simply going along, that is, until he met Jacob Parker. In his own words, he said, “All of the sudden, after studying everything except the Bible, Mr. Parker, our beloved President, spent one whole night re-educating me, and from that day to this all spare time is spent in research.”
Judging from the quality of his articles, Mr. Deans did indeed spend much time in study. One of his prime interests, other than the Bible itself, was to delve into the historical and scientific mysteries of the Book of Enoch, the Book of Jasher and the Apocrypha and to tie all this ancient record together with the Bible and such modern revelations as those of Stonehenge and Glastonbury.

His following article reflects the precision in which he pursued his studies.
 

ANGLO-SAXONDOM – DIVINELY PATTERNED

Here are sonic interesting quotations from “While Time Remains”, by Dale Eastman.

“The U.S.A. was never intended to be a Democracy. It was established as a Republic. The duty of the Government was to administer the affairs within the limits of the Constitution. The system of Primaries was to guarantee the selection of Representatives by the people rather than by Parties or private interests. But private Banking monopoly came in and perverted the Constitution and divided the people into Parties.

How many people realize today that the Constitution of the U.S.A. was patterned upon the Divine Laws as given to Moses when he established what the Bible speaks of throughout its entirety as THE KINGDOM OF GOD? Of these Laws, David said: “The Law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul.” The Constitution embodied these Laws as the Common Law.

The people were directed to select and represent, them: “Honest men who fear God, hating covetousness.” Imagine what would happen to our party system and its financial bosses if we followed this rule! The Primaries in the U.S.A. are patterned after the “groups of ten” system laid down by Moses.

With the Banking Monopoly (Babylonian Gold System) came the party system and the U.S. Republic was reduced to a modern “democracy’.

The responsible Monarch of our British Commonwealth is a copy of the Kingdom over which David was established as King. When Queen Victoria was asked the secret of Britain’s greatness, she replied: The Bible. Blackstone, the world’s greatest legal authority, has stated that the Bible, or the Divine Law, alone has any validity and any validity that any law has, it gets from the Divine Law. Our Sovereigns are crowned with the same ceremony as that used for the coronation of King Solomon who sat upon the Throne of the Lord, in the place of His father, David. The Archbishop of Canterbury presented Queen Elizabeth with the Bible. He said: “Our most gracious Queen, we present unto you this Book, the most valuable thing this world affords. Here is wisdom, this is the Royal Law, these are the oracles of God.”

Financial and political parties must be replaced by an Association supported by the Union of Electors upholding a just Code of Christian ethics (God’s Laws) so we may “choose honest men who fear God, hating covetousness.”

What we need today is a Moses who will say to us: “Behold I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the Lord, my God, commanded me. Keep therefore and do them: for this is a sign of your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which will hear these statutes, and say surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people ... and what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this Law, which I set before you this day.” (Deut. 4)
