MONARCHS OF DESTINY – QUEEN ELIZABETH II

It seems impossible to talk about this moment in the history of the Throne of David and the reign of Queen Elizabeth without mention of her heir, Prince Charles. They are so intertwined, particularly in the twilight of the Queen’s reign. Also, so much of prophecy seems to surround this controversial prince. It was in 1994 that he claimed he would relinquish his role as Head of the Church of England and instead, be defender of all the world’s faiths. In the same year, he extolled the virtues of Islam in a speech at Oxford University, some have even speculated that he may have even converted to Islam. In considering the blasphemy of Charles, the words of Zephaniah 1: 8 come to mind. In all likelihood, they relate more to Charles than to the other princes surrounding the Throne, “And it shall come to pass in the day of the Lord’s sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the kings children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.”

Anyone who has read the works of Ivan Panin or Howard Rand will understand how God employs “sevens”, or derivatives of it, and “times” (one time equals 360 years) in His intricate Plan. Then too, if you have read my book, “River of Power,” you will perhaps appreciate the unique destiny of Scotland in the unfolding plan. With these in mind, let’s now review some interesting applications.

  • In July, 1296, King Edward I brought Jacob’s Pillar Stone (Stone of Destiny) from Scotland at the time of the third overturn of the Davidic Throne. Exactly 700 years later, the decision was made to return the Stone of Destiny to Scotland to counter growing nationalism.

It is very significant to note that the Stone of Destiny was returned on November 14th, 1996, which is also Prince Charles’ birthday. It’s almost as if God gave a message to the “Defender of all Faiths.” Thanks to Australian Pastor Frank Dowsett, we can look at this date 1996 from another perspective. Genesis 6: 4 tells us that God gave Noah seven days notice of the commencement of the punishment He was about to send upon the earth. Using Ezekiel 4: 6, “I have appointed thee each day for a year” and as a dual fulfillment, we can take these seven days as seven years. Let’s see how this plays out.

In 1996 God arranges for Jacob’s Pillar Stone, emblametic of his Throne, to be moved to Scotland away from the heart of Mystery Babylon and the balsphemy that has taken place in Westminster Abbey in recent years. It was also the year that Prince Charles declared on CNN that he intends to be Defender of All Faiths. Add seven years to 1996 and we will come to 2003, a year I speculate that judgment upon the Israel nations and the nations of the world will commence. Yet, could this possible be the time of the fulfillment of Genesis 49: 10 “until Shiloh come?” Will Jesus Return at this time to claim His Throne and rescue the only true faith?

Interesting too is the “one time” factor. We were told in Galatians 4: 10, “Ye observe days, and months, and

times, and years,” so we know a “time” is a measurement and as demonstrated in previous writings, is 360 days or years in duration. I demonstrated in Monarchs of Destiny–Queen Elizabeth I how God actually employed the “times” measurement. In one case, I showed how one “time” or 360 years separated Britain’s greatest military victory in 1588 (The Spanish Armada) from its most humiliating defeat in 1948 when they limped from Palestine having been run out by terrorists. The 360-year time factor can be employed to arrive at 1996 as well.

  • In 1636 AD, the Scotland Rebellion began as civil war erupted when King Charles I tried to impose a new prayer book on the Scots. This was a forerunner to other internal problems in kingdom. Going forward one “time” or 360 years, we arrive at 1996 with attempt to appease Scottish Nationalism by returning Jacob’s Pillar Stone to Scotland.
  • In 1643 AD, seven years after 1636 AD, King Charles I’s grand design had failed. He continued in vain but was subsequently captured and executed. One “time” or 360 years from 1643, we again arrive at 2003 AD and must ask the question, “Will Prince Charles’ grand design fail also.”

At the time of this writing, it is still unclear how the New York and Washington tragedy will unfold but many believe it is the beginning of the final countdown to the Return of Jesus Christ. If it is to be, and I fervently hope so, we will encounter some very difficult times in the not too distant future. We should not be totally blinded by the mid-east crises but keep our eyes turned toward the north and Gog, as described in Ezekiel 38. We must realize, that on our own, we are not going to defeat those who will war against us and those internally in our nations that seek to integrate the Israel nations in a one-world system. The Lord God Almighty is in full charge of our destiny; we can but put ourselves in His Hands and trust in His Word. In the meantime, as depressing as it is to see what is taking place with Britain, God’s Plan must unfold, as it should. As Monarch, Queen Elizabeth I is presiding over a kingdom at its very last gasp, waiting for the true King to claim His Throne. Notwithstanding this, it is still sad that the Queen’s faith in her advisors never seems to be questioned, or at least these is no evidence of such. A letter addressed to the Queen from the Democratic Party, Worcestershire dated August 23rd, 2001 was re-printed in the Autumn issue of The New Covenant Times. In it the party said, “We have the greatest foreboding that your power under the forthcoming European legislation will be fatally undermined and lead, ultimately, to the removal of Your Majesty from Parliament altogether.” The letter then reminded the Queen of her Coronation Oath and ended with the cautionary words, “We hope that you will act in accordance with the “laws and customs” of the Realm before it is too late.” While the Queen’s reply was not published, I have been told it was the standard letter stating the she must be guided by the advice of her ministers.

Sad as it is, there can be no other way. Nonetheless, Elizabeth II is a Monarch of Destiny. Indeed, in a way, her reign must be the most challenging of all because it may well culminate in the most devastating war of all times.
